New T-Mobile Cell Phones – Touch Pro2 to Come Soon
The New T-Mobile Cell Phone, Touch Pro2 will be release on August 12th.The Touch Pro2 is a 3G enabled smartphone with a sliding QWERTY keyboard, a big 3.6″ touch screen that tilts, and Windows Mobile 6.1. It’s a pretty hot little mobile, and there’s been a fair amount of buzz about it in the T-Mobile community. T-Mobile has stated that their target audience is “successful professionals” who are also early adopters.
I think most people who meet those qualifications either own an iPhone or an Android-running smartphone (if they’ve got more of an open-source bent). The Touch Pro2 is cool and all, but it doesn’t really have anything that makes it leap out ahead of the crowd to me. That said, it’s still an awesome smartphone and I’m sure it’ll make a lot of people happy come August 12th.

The idea is that, compared to other high-end mobile phones currently available on the market, the myTouch 3G doesn’t seem to bring such impressive features that would make users opt for it even if it costs more. One of such handsets would be the iPhone 3G, which now runs in the country for only $99 on a contract, and seems much more attractive than T-Mobile’s Android phone, not to mention the fact that it comes to the US market a few months after the new T-Mobile cell phone has been launched in Europe.
In addition to the new T-Mobile cell phone, myTouch 3G, the wireless operator also seems determined bring another HTC device in August, namely the HTC Touch Pro2, which is Windows Mobile-powered. The mobile phone was initially expected to come to the market in July and, although it was recently rumored to have been delayed much more, it seems that it will come towards the carrier’s users sometime around August 12.

Touch Pro2 - New T-Mobile Cellphones
For the time being, the August release date hasn’t been confirmed officially, though the company is reported to have said via its Twitter account that the handset would hit the shelves this summer. The HTC Touch Pro2 seems to be the third device coming from the Taiwanese manufacturer on the carrier’s airwaves, as it joins not only the aforementioned T-Mobile myTouch 3G, but also the T-Mobile Dash 3G, another Windows Mobile-based phone (aka HTC Snap).
